1. Perishable Goods

All our products are freshly baked and perishable. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the usual 14-day right to cancel does not apply to perishable food.

This means we cannot accept returns or cancellations once products have been baked or dispatched.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described:

• Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos (if possible).

• We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

3. Refund Method

Refunds are made to your original payment method within 7 working days of approval.
